Joshua Wallace serves as president & chief executive officer of Century Credit Union, where he provides strategic leadership focused on preserving Century’s financial strength, delivering exceptional value to members, enhancing the member experience, expanding engagement, and positioning the credit union for continued growth.
Under Josh's leadership, Century has introduced innovative member rewards programs, modernized its digital banking experience, strengthened its physical and digital infrastructure, expanded its field of membership, launched new products and services, and continued to earn national recognition for its financial performance and stability.
Josh is known for his vision, forward-thinking approach, and deep knowledge of the credit union industry. He believes great organizations are built on strong relationships. He maintains an open-door leadership style, encourages collaboration and new ideas, and believes employees should be given the support, trust, and opportunities needed to grow. That commitment has helped Century earn recognition as a Quantum Certified Workplace.
A lifelong St. Louisan, Josh has dedicated his career to Century Credit Union. He has served in a variety of roles since joining the organization in 2008, with much of his experience in lending. After serving as vice president of operations for two years, he became president & CEO in January 2024.
Josh earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and information technology management from Saint Louis University. He has continued his professional development by earning certifications as a financial counselor and a Bank Secrecy Act compliance specialist. Through his participation in Vistage, he regularly collaborates with other business leaders and brings new ideas and perspectives back to Century.
Outside the office, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, going to Cardinals games, and maintaining strong opinions about where to find the area’s best burger.
Daryl Figge has dedicated his entire 30-year financial services career to Century Credit Union, where he has played an instrumental role in supporting the credit union's growth through technology, financial management, and operational excellence.
After joining Century’s team in 1996, Daryl spent his first six years serving members on the front line before becoming the credit union's full-time data & special projects coordinator.
Over the next two decades, he became a key leader in technology and operations, helping modernize the systems that support both members and employees. He was promoted to vice president in 2021 and currently oversees accounting, collections, and information technology/data systems.
Known for his analytical mindset and thoughtful approach to problem-solving, Daryl is committed to ensuring Century's financial and technology systems remain secure, efficient, and well-positioned to support the credit union's future. His dedication, expertise, and behind-the-scenes leadership have made a lasting impact on the organization.
Daryl earned a bachelor's degree in business administration, majoring in finance, from the University of Missouri–St. Louis.
Outside of work, he has volunteered with Duo Dogs by fostering future service dogs, reflecting his commitment to helping others both inside and outside the workplace.
Gina Bansbach’s entire career has centered around creating exceptional service experiences and developing employees who share that commitment. Since joining Century in September 1998 as a teller, Gina has advanced through the ranks and become one of the organization's most experienced leaders.
She was promoted to vice president of operations & human resources in July 2023 after serving two years as office manager. Before that, she spent nearly two decades as head teller.
Gina oversees Century’s daily operations and human resources functions while working closely with front-line staff to ensure members receive knowledgeable, friendly, and consistent service. Her extensive knowledge of credit union operations has been built through decades of hands-on experience, continuous learning, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Before coming to Century, Gina gained valuable leadership experience in retail, which helped shape her people-first leadership style and reinforced her belief that personalized service should be at the heart of every member experience
For Gina, every member interaction is an opportunity to build trust and strengthen relationships. She leads by example, encouraging her team to provide the same level of care, professionalism, and personal attention that has defined her career.
Ken Moser is a creative and dynamic marketing professional with a passion for credit unions and financial education. He has more than 35 years of experience in the credit union industry.
After working in public relations for a local medical center and covering local sports for the Alton Telegraph for several years, Ken began his credit union career as director of communications for the Missouri Credit Union System, followed by 22½ years as vice president of marketing at a mid-sized credit union in St. Louis. In July 2023, he joined Century Credit Union as its marketing leader.
Throughout his three-and-a-half decades in the credit union movement, he has helped credit unions grow assets, loans, and membership; strengthen their brands; deepen member relationships; develop employee service initiatives; expand financial education efforts; earn recognition for their social responsibility and philosophy-in-action efforts; and increase community engagement.
His work has earned multiple national marketing and communications awards, recognizing excellence in publications, segmented marketing campaigns, and political action initiatives. In 2011, he received the Howle Community Support Award from ClearPoint Credit Counseling Services for his commitment to promoting financial education.
Ken earned a bachelor's degree in print and broadcast journalism from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and has completed advanced professional development in leadership, marketing, and communications.
For more than 35 years, Michele Matthews has built a career centered on exceptional customer service, leadership, and helping others. Over the past nine years, she has brought those same strengths to financial services, where providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships have remained at the heart of her work.
Before joining Century Credit Union, Michele gained extensive leadership experience in both retail and banking. After spending 26 years with Kmart in a variety of leadership roles, including department manager and pricing lead, she transitioned into banking, where she gained experience in both front-line member service and branch operations at two community banks in St. Louis. At her second financial institution, she was promoted to assistant teller operations manager, where she helped develop a Teller Operations Policies, Procedures, and Transactions Guide that was implemented across all branches to improve consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
Wanting to work closer to home and family, Michele joined Century in September 2021 as a teller. After being cross-trained in several areas of branch operations, including opening new accounts and assisting with receptionist’s responsibilities, she was promoted to head teller in July 2023 and to Lemay branch manager in December 2025. Today, she leads the branch team while remaining committed to providing members with friendly, knowledgeable, and personalized service.

Becky Dalton has dedicated more than three decades to helping members, supporting employees, and ensuring Century Credit Union operates with the highest standards of compliance, service, and operational excellence.
After beginning her financial services career as a bank teller in Virginia, Becky joined First American Credit Union in St. Louis in 1995 and became part of the Century team in 1997 when the two credit unions merged.
Throughout her years with Century, she has built an exceptional breadth of experience by serving in numerous operational and leadership roles.
Over the years, Becky has served as head teller at various times and spent more than two decades managing Century's card services program. Today, she oversees operations at the Arnold branch, as well as the compliance program and individual retirement accounts (IRAs). She also administers trusts, provides some employee training in operational areas, and is known for her attention to detail.
Becky earned a bachelor's degree in communication disorders and has continued her professional development by earning multiple certifications. She believes strong compliance, well-trained employees, and exceptional member service go hand in hand in creating a trusted financial institution.
Pam Moser has built a career centered on helping people, developing teams, and delivering exceptional service.
Before joining Century Credit Union in 2021, she gained extensive leadership experience managing large teams, training employees, and delivering exceptional customer service in both the travel and financial services industries.
During her career in the travel industry, she received the 2012 YWCA Woman of the Year Award (Maritz Women of Distinction) in recognition of her exceptional leadership, professional achievement, and community involvement.
Her passion for helping people ultimately led her to Century. After joining the credit union as a loan processor in July 2021, Pam quickly earned increasing responsibility. She was promoted to loan officer in 2022 and to loan manager in July 2023, where she oversees Century's lending department and is committed to helping members achieve their financial goals through personalized service and sound lending solutions.
Since becoming loan manager, Pam has played a key role in expanding Century's lending operations. She led the implementation of the credit union's indirect lending program, helped grow the real-estate loan portfolio, and contributed to record loan growth in 2025.
Pam enjoys contributing to new initiatives, improving processes, mentoring team members, and helping Century's lending department continue to grow and evolve. She believes lending is about more than approving loans – it's about helping people achieve important milestones in their lives. Whether members are purchasing a vehicle, buying a home, consolidating debt, or financing another goal, Pam finds it incredibly rewarding to help them find the solution that's right for them.
With nearly four decades of experience in financial services, Theresa Bates has built a career centered on exceptional service, protecting members, and resolving complex issues. Her expertise in card services, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution helps ensure members can use their debit and credit cards with confidence.
Before coming to Century Credit Union, Theresa served in teller and personal banking roles at another financial institution, where she helped open a new branch during her tenure.
She began her Century career as a teller in 2012 and started supporting the card services department in 2015. She was promoted to card services manager in 2020. Her degree in psychology reflects her long-standing interest in understanding and helping people – qualities that serve members well when they're facing stressful situations.
What Theresa enjoys most about leading Century's debit and credit card program is helping members and finding solutions to their card-related issues. She understands how unsettling fraud can be and takes pride in reassuring members that they're not alone and that help is available. Whether it takes a few minutes or more in-depth research, she finds it rewarding to resolve problems and restore members' peace of mind. She also enjoys the conversations she has with members and the opportunity to build relationships while providing exceptional service.
Century Credit Union is governed by a group of seven people who are elected by and from within membership. They receive no compensation for serving and provide strategic oversight on behalf of all members.

Mark Falkner began his service in March 1988 on the supervisory committee, where he served for one year before being asked to join the board by a colleague at work. He was appointed to fill the unexpired term of Bob Haher and has remained a constant presence ever since.
In 1992, Mark was elected chairman of the board, a role he has held every year since! That’s 34 years of steady leadership, a remarkable tenure that speaks to both his commitment and the trust of his fellow board members.
He also currently serves on Century's planning, budget, and pension committees, and previously was a member of the executive search committee.
Mark possesses a degree in information technology security from Meramec Community College and has also taken courses through Phoenix University.
Professionally, Mark has spent 15 years in accounting, followed by 20 years in IT support and security foe Centene.
During his time on Century's board, he has helped guide the credit union’s growth from $6 million in assets to $175 million, along with the expansion of products and services for members.
During his professional career, which he retired from in 2013, Leo Chirco gained extensive experience in finance and accounting, human resources and talent development, operations and customer experience, and small business/entrepreneurship.
His background as a small business leader gives him a unique perspective, with a strong focus on serving members and delivering exceptional service. Leo believes his most important role on the board is ensuring the credit union operates efficiently while always putting members first.
His volunteer work at Century includes service on some key committees, including personnel, executive search, and board governance.
Outside of the credit union, Leo has also held leadership roles with the Italia America Bocce Club, serving as its treasurer, director, and vice president.
Bob Eike has dedicated more than four decades to the credit union movement, including 33 years as president and chief executive officer of Century Credit Union.
After retiring as the top leader at the end of 2023, he continued his longstanding commitment to the credit union by remaining on the board of directors, which he has been a member of since 2000.
Bob currently serves on six board committees: governance, planning, budget, investment/asset-liability management, rate, and pension.
Prior to joining Century, Bob held several positions with the Missouri Credit Union League, serving as an accountant, comptroller, and field consultant.
Bob earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Missouri–St. Louis.
His 42-year career in the credit union movementy, combined with more than two decades of volunteer board service, provides Century with valuable leadership, institutional knowledge, and a deep understanding of the cooperative principles that have guided the organization for generations.
Terry Banister joined our board of directors in June 1999. His connection to the credit union was working at St. Anthony Medical Center, which offers Century membership as a free employee benefit.
Since 2004, he has been a member of executive committee at Century, serving as secretary. He also contributes his insight and expertise as part of the planning committee, helping guide the future of our organization.
Terry has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Fontbonne University and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University. He’s a licensed stationary engineer, a professional who is licensed to operate, maintain, and monitor large mechanical systems in commercial or industrial buildings.
With more than 50 years of experience in healthcare facilities, including over 35 years in management, Terry brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to everything he does. Among his accomplishments, he has served as President of the Missouri Society of Health Care Engineers (MOSHE), demonstrating his commitment to excellence in his field
Since becoming a Century member in 2010, Denise Kahle has developed a deep appreciation for the credit union's member-first philosophy, financial strength, and commitment to the community.
Inspired by those values, she began volunteering on Century's supervisory committee in 2025. At the 2026 Annual Membership Meeting, she was elected to a dual role on the board of directors and the supervisory committee, both three-year terms.
Professionally, Denise serves in an executive leadership position at Nine PBS, the St. Louis region's public television station. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a major in finance.
As a senior financial executive, Denise brings extensive experience in strategic financial management, organizational leadership, and fiscal stewardship. She values the opportunity to use that expertise to help ensure Century remains financially strong, well governed, and focused on serving the best interests of its members.
Tim McBride has served on Century's board since 2019, bringing strategic insight, legal expertise, and a strong commitment to the credit union's mission of serving its members.
In addition to his responsibilities as a board director, Tim serves on the rate committee and pension committee, helping provide oversight and guidance on matters that affect both the credit union's long-term financial strength and the well-being of its members and employees.
Professionally, Tim serves in an executive leadership position with Mastercard, a global leader in payments technology. His experience advising one of the world's largest financial technology companies provides valuable perspective on governance, innovation, risk management, and strategic decision-making.
Tim has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Purdue University and a Juris Doctor from Indiana University.
He succeeded longtime board member John Grillo, who faithfully served Century for many years before retiring at age 94 and being named Director Emeritus. Tim is honored to continue that tradition of volunteer service and to help ensure Century remains a strong, member-focused financial cooperative for generations to come.
Sue Pauly brings valuable insight to the board, with experience in strategic planning as well as education and training.
She has spent 22 years representing the best interests of members after being appointed to the board in June 2004. Her involvement with Century has deep roots. Her husband, William, served as a board director until his passing in May 2004.
Sue chairs Century's scholarship committee and plays a key role in selecting scholarship recipients each year. This process involves carefully reviewing applications, scoring candidates across multiple criteria, and evaluating written essays -- work she considers among her most meaningful contributions.
Sue holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a master’s degree in education from Webster University. She retired as a teacher from the Windsor School District in 2006.
During her teaching career, she served for several years as president of the local National Education Association (NEA), was a member of the district’s negotiating committee, and led the middle school's National Junior Honor Society.
The supervisory committee is made up of three people who have accounts with the credit union and are elected by full membership. They serve without pay and play a vital role in ensuring transparency, accountability, and member trust. The committee acts independently of the board and helps ensure Century Credit Union operates safely, ethically, and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations while protecting members' interests. John Thomas brings decades of experience in financial services, regulatory compliance, and risk management to Century's board. Throughout his career, he helped financial institutions navigate an increasingly complex regulatory environment while promoting sound governance and responsible business practices.
Now retired, John most recently served as senior vice president of regulatory compliance for a state credit union association. Earlier in his career, he held compliance officer positions with two banks and worked in risk management for another financial institution, developing broad expertise in regulatory oversight, compliance, and operational risk.
John earned a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and a Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law. His educational background, combined with his extensive professional experience, provides valuable perspective as the board oversees Century's continued financial strength, regulatory compliance, and long-term success.
Jason is a long-time member of Century Credit Union, having maintained a relationship with the credit union since his early years.
He holds a bachelor's degree in logistics materials and supply chain management from Missouri State University and a Master of Business Administration from Saint Louis University. Through an executive education program at Washington University, he earned certification as a Project Management Professional.
Jason has developed a professional background that includes analytical, operational, and client-focused experience. The company he works for – Bunzl – is a corporation that operates in 33 countries and employs approximately 27,000 worldwide, including 5,500+ people across North America. He serves in a senior management role for Bunzl Distribution, the North American division headquartered in the St. Louis area.
His career has provided exposure to financial decision-making, problem-solving, and working within structured environments that require accountability and sound judgment. In addition, his long-standing use of Century’s products and services gives him a practical understanding of the member experience.
Jason views serving on the committee as a way for him to give back to the credit union that has played an important role throughout his life. Century helped him finance both his first car and his first home – milestones that helped establish the financial foundation he enjoys today. He is proud to support an organization that has made a meaningful difference for him and his family.
