The very first thing I noticed was the hospitality; most would rate this as their personal service, but for me, hospitality meets the definition much better. They are very, very welcoming, very kind, and for me, quite relatable. After being with one financial institution for so long, I just became accustomed to that type of service. My experience with Century has been far above and beyond my expectations and experience. I don't have to use the app or call in as being my only options with zero real interaction.
