In October 2025, a member satisfaction survey was conducted to better understand how members perceive our rates, fees, service, and overall ease of doing business with Century Credit Union -- and to see if their perceptions align with our value proposition and brand. In 2024, we achieved solid growth across loans, deposits, and total assets while maintaining a strong capital position. Early in the year, we introduced a new kids savings club and refreshed our teen program to strengthen youth engagement. Later in 2024, we successfully launched our indirect lending program, expanding access to credit for more members. The year also marked a major milestone as we celebrated our 70th anniversary.
