Rewards points earned from purchases made with a Century Visa debit card and/or Century Visa Platinum credit card can be redeemed for cash-back from the credit union or gift cards from popular retailers. Points from both cards can be pooled, too!

In October 2025, a member satisfaction survey was conducted to better understand how members perceive our rates, fees, service, and overall ease of doing business with Century Credit Union -- and to see if their perceptions align with our value proposition and brand. The results show they do. Member feedback shows strong satisfaction across service, value, and ease of doing business with Century.

In 2024, we achieved solid growth across loans, deposits, and total assets while maintaining a strong capital position. Early in the year, we introduced a new kids savings club and refreshed our teen program to strengthen youth engagement. Later in 2024, we successfully launched our indirect lending program, expanding access to credit for more members. The year also marked a major milestone as we celebrated our 70th anniversary.

In 2023, we expanded our account options and improved accessibility for those seeking membership. We introduced contactless cards for both physical and digital wallets and continued to promote financial literacy through a variety of resources and tools. Robust security measures remained a top priority, while we also supported advocacy initiatives that strengthen the credit union community. Throughout the year, we maintained our strong commitment to outreach and involvement in our local communities.

A state examination and an independent audit by a certified public accounting firm confirmed that Century continues to uphold a high level of safety and soundness, reflecting the dedication and professionalism of our staff.

Century Credit Union continues to perform quite well, ranking as one of the top 100 best-performing credit unions in the U.S. and the only credit union in Missouri to earn this recognition in 2023.
